About Me

My name is David Frankel.  I am a qualified and experienced musician, with over twenty years' experience of teaching piano to students of all ages and abilities. Lessons with me can include singing, movement, playing by ear, rote learning, improvisation and composition, as well as developing reading skills.  Lessons can cover a range of styles, including classical, pop, jazz and blues.

I teach regular adult group piano courses in London at the City Literary institute and at Morley College.  I am a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians, the UK's professional body for musicians.  I am also an examiner for ABRSM, the world's leading provider of music exams, in both classical and jazz syllabuses.

I hold a full enhanced DBS certificate.
